Principle of CAPS and dCAPS Markers

During work with Pasteur Pipettes or Volumetric Pipettes or Graduated Pipettes must choose right pipette depending on volume need to set desired volume, During work with Micropipettes must choose right pipette and tip depending on volume need and use adjustment dial to set desired volume and before plunge into liquid press plunger to First Stop after that release plunger gradually after dipping tip in liquid by Second Stop to expel any remaining liquid and discard used tip safely into appropriate trash by ejector (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher) #geneticteacher
