Principle of CAPS and dCAPS Markers

During work with Eppendorf or Falcon Tubes for centrifugation must select appropriate tube sizes and materials for samples and balance tubes exactly by weight and position tubes facing each other in centrifuge rotor and use target speed and duration and carefully remove tubes from centrifuge after centrifugation, During use Eppendorf or Falcon Tubes must wear gloves and safety glasses and follow guidelines of handling hazardous materials and follow proper filling guidelines and always balance tubes before work with centrifuge and inspect tubes from cracks (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher) #geneticteacher
