Principle of CAPS and dCAPS Markers

When using Whatman Filter Paper must select proper grade based on particle size and filtration speed requirements and fold circular paper in half then into quarters and open it into cone shape to fit into funnel and place cone into funnel and wet it with small amount of distilled water or solvent to ensure tight seal against funnel walls and pour liquid sample slowly to ensure liquid level stays below top of paper and wash precipitate with solvent to remove residues (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher) #geneticteacher
