Principle of CAPS and dCAPS Markers

Inoculation work with Loops and Needles initiate by disinfect around base of Bunsen burner to eliminate any bacteria and hold loop or needle by using thumb and first two fingers of hand and sterilize loop or needle before and after inoculation until become red hot by using blue flam of Bunsen burner and cool loop and needle for few seconds before selecting bacterial sample (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher) #geneticteacher
