During work with Inoculation Loops and Needles must sterilize reusable loops and needles before and after use and allow sufficient cooling before touch microbial culture and dispose used plastic loops and needles in biohazard containers to prevent cross contamination and regularly inspect loops and needles for any damage (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher)
