Gene structure contains (Intergenic region + Promoter binding site or motif + 5 end untranslated region + Transcription start site + Exons + Introns + 3 end untranslated region + Poly-AAA Tail) all of these are important for modeling binding site and gene structure prediction (Watch Related Video in #geneticteacher)
